Terms and Conditions

General

  1. This agreement is made between YOU the individual or the parent in the case of a family registration and SPAM-STOP which is a trading name of Q1online Ltd whose offices are at Clarendon House, Shenley Road, Borehamwood, Herts WD6 1AG, England.

  2. USER refers to the individual/s signed up to use the service.

  3. SPAM-STOP provides a service, which prevents unsolicited and/or inappropriate e-mails (SPAM) reaching the USER.

  4. Whilst SPAM-STOP takes every effort to provide a smooth running service SPAM-STOP does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error free.

  5. YOU agree to notify SPAM-STOP if any inappropriate or unwanted e-mails get through to USER.

  6. Whilst SPAM-STOP make every effort to maintain the confidentiality of all emails that pass through the SPAM-STOP servers, SPAM-STOP does not guarantee such.

  7. YOU agree that SPAM-STOP may under certain circumstances and without prior notice immediately terminate USER account. Causes for such termination include but are not limited to (a) breaches of these terms and conditions, (b) requests by law enforcement, and (c) unexpected technical issues.

  8. YOU acknowledge and agree that the service provided by SPAM-STOP and any necessary software used in connection with this service contain proprietary rights and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws.

  9. YOU expressly understand that USER use of the service is at USER sole risk and is provided on an as is and as available basis.

  10. YOU expressly understand and agree that SPAM-STOP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or any other type of loss resulting out of the use or the inability to use the service.

  11. On YOU not paying at the end of the free trial USER service will be stopped. Any pop3 USER account will need to be reset to its original setting by YOU and USER will then be able to collect USER emails as before USER joined the service.

  12. The terms and conditions of the service may change from time to time and it is up to YOU to regularly check our web site for any such changes.

Spam-Stop Email Accounts

  1. If USER take a SPAM-STOP email account then YOU are responsible for the emails sent by USER through the SPAM-STOP server.

  2. YOU agree not to let USER send e-mails that are unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, racially or ethnically or otherwise objectionable.

  3. YOU agree not to let USER send e-mails that breach any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights

  4. You agree not to let USER send junk mails, chain letters, pyramid schemes or any other form of solicitation

  5. YOU agree not to let USER send e-mails containing software viruses or such like.

  6. YOU agree not to let USER send e-mails that intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law.

  7. YOU agree not to let USER send e-mails for the purposes of stalking or otherwise harassing another.

  8. YOU agree to indemnify and hold SPAM-STOP and its agents harmless from any claim or demand made by any third party due or arising out of USER use of the service.

Miscellaneous

  1. In the event that any portion of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, the unenforceable portion shall be construed in accordance with applicable law as nearly as possible to reflect the original intentions of the parties and the remainder of the provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

  2. SPAM-STOP reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify the Terms and Conditions and any other policies and agreements held with USER at any time and in any manner.

  3. It is USER's responsibility to check this online area regularly to determine whether these Terms and Conditions have been modified. If USER does not agree to any modification of this Agreement, USER must immediately cancel the Service.
